- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered (wrong size, colour, or product)
- Item significantly different from the product description
Not Eligible for Return
- Custom stitching orders — items stitched to your measurements are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Custom stitching orders are made specifically for you. Please double-check your measurements before placing a custom order.
How to Raise a Return Request
Contact us within 7 days of deliveryEmail us at noreply@sadguncreation.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Send photosAttach clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect. This helps us process your request faster.
We review & respondWe will review your request within 2 business days and confirm whether the return is approved.
Ship the item backPack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to us. We will share the return address via email.
Refund or exchange processedOnce we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or dispatch the exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI/bank account) within 5–7 business days after the return is received and approved.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
