What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept UPI payments. You can pay via any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) by using our UPI ID at checkout.
How do I know my order was placed successfully?
Once your order is placed, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with your order number. You will also receive an order confirmation via email.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order on our Track Order page using your order number. Status updates are shown at every stage.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, the fabric may already have been sourced or stitching may have begun. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
Custom Stitching
How does custom stitching work?
When you add a product with custom stitching to your cart, you will be prompted to enter your measurements. Our tailors stitch the garment to your exact specifications.
What measurements do I need to provide?
Depending on the garment, we typically need: bust, waist, hips, shoulder width, height, sleeve length, blouse length, and salwar length. Our measurement guide on the order page explains each one.
How long does custom stitching take?
Custom stitching orders are delivered within 12–18 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Can I return a custom-stitched garment?
Custom stitching orders are non-returnable as they are made specifically for you. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we will fix or replace it. Please see our Return Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India. All orders are dispatched from our studio in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹5,000. For orders below ₹5,000, shipping charges apply as shown at checkout.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Ready-to-wear items are delivered in 7–10 business days. Custom stitching orders take 12–18 business days. These are estimates and may vary slightly.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change the address. We can update it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

How do I know which fabric is right for me?
Each product listing mentions the available fabrics. If you need more guidance, feel free to contact us and we'll help you choose.
Are all products handcrafted?
Yes, all products at SadgunCreation are handcrafted by skilled artisans based in Jaipur.
Do product colours look the same in real life?
We photograph our products in natural light and try to represent colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items. Please see our full Return Policy.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
